By accessing or using Blessboom ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blessboom and request payouts. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. How You Earn

Blessboom rewards users for listening to music playlists on third-party platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music). Earnings are calculated based on verified listening time tracked through the Platform.

4. Payouts

The minimum payout threshold is $5.00 USD. PayPal and Cash App payouts are processed immediately. Direct deposit (bank) payouts take 1–3 business days. Blessboom reserves the right to delay or deny payouts if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

Supported payout methods: PayPal, Cash App, Direct Deposit. Blessboom is not responsible for fees charged by these third-party services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to simulate listening
  • Create multiple accounts to inflate earnings
  • Misrepresent your identity or payment information
  • Interfere with the Platform's operations

Violation of these rules results in permanent account ban and loss of all pending earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

All music content is owned by the respective artists and platforms. Blessboom does not host or distribute music. We link to third-party platforms and are not responsible for their content or availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earning amounts, or payout timelines beyond our stated estimates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blessboom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings or data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
